About this policy
LOVE MX RADIO respects the privacy of its visitors. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our website, contact us, enjoy embedded programming, or use our weather features.
It describes the website’s current configuration. External websites, media platforms, and service providers operate under their own privacy policies, which you should review when using their services.
Information you choose to send
If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email address, message, event details, or sponsorship inquiry. The contact form opens a draft in your email app; it does not submit the message to LOVE MX RADIO until you send that email. Your email provider also processes that message.
How inquiries are used
We use messages to respond, evaluate requests, arrange programming or participation, and maintain related correspondence. Service providers that deliver email or host the site may process information for those services. Do not include payment details, passwords, sensitive personal information, or information about another person that you are not authorized to share.
Website and device information
When you visit, the website’s hosting and service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, and request timing as part of delivering and securing the site. The current page code does not include a separate LOVE MX RADIO analytics tracker or account-registration system.
Embedded video, cookies, and third-party services
Our radio and TV pages use YouTube embeds and the YouTube IFrame Player API. Loading a player can share basic device and request information with YouTube even before you press play. YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Service, and Google cookie information. You can manage cookies in your browser and your Google account settings; restrictions may affect playback.
Weather searches and optional location
Searching weather sends your search text to Open-Meteo’s geocoding service. Selecting an area sends its latitude and longitude to Open-Meteo to obtain a forecast. “Use My Location” requests browser permission and, if granted, uses your device coordinates for the forecast request. You can decline permission and search a city instead, or revoke permission in browser settings. The current page code keeps the selected location in page memory and does not save it to a LOVE MX RADIO database. Providers receive network-request information when those requests are made. See Open-Meteo Terms & Privacy.
Podcast audio and other media
Podcast audio is delivered through external podcast hosting services. Starting playback sends requests to the audio host, which may process technical information under its policies. Downloading or playing our locally hosted video also sends a request to the website host.
Information sharing and retention
Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver and maintain their services. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, or rights concerns.
Inquiry records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your message, maintain programming or sponsorship arrangements, resolve issues, and meet applicable requirements. External provider records are subject to those providers’ policies and retention practices.
Privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided directly to LOVE MX RADIO. We will assess requests under applicable requirements and may need information sufficient to verify your identity.
Please describe your request and identify the email address used for your inquiry. Do not send a password or sensitive identification document unless we have agreed on an appropriate method. Requests about information held independently by YouTube, your email provider, or other platforms should be directed to that provider.
Your choices and security
You may choose not to send an inquiry, decline location access, restrict browser cookies, or use the direct YouTube links. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email.
Children’s information
The website is intended for a general audience. Children should not send personal information without a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Policy updates and contact
We may revise this policy when website features or information-handling practices change. The updated version will appear here with a revised date.
